At Three Oaks Bespoke Ltd, we take a proactive approach to construction

We collaborate from the outset, working closely with architects and engineers to align the budget with the design vision.

Procurement & Cost Control

We manage all procurement aspects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality. For each trade, we procure three competitive tenders, conduct a detailed analysis, and present the findings to the client for review before appointing subcontractors.

Contract & Margin Management

Our team oversees the overall margin of the build cost, ensuring financial transparency and control throughout the project.

Subcontractor Management

We manage subcontractors under JCT contracts, ensuring clear expectations and high standards of execution.

Specialist Design Collaboration

We engage specialist designers for key aspects such as lighting, interior design, and bespoke cabinetry to enhance the final build.
