With over 25 years in the construction industry, Gavin has built a reputation for excellence in delivering high-end bespoke projects. His deep understanding of construction methodologies, combined with a hands-on approach, ensures that every project meets the highest standards. Gavin oversees the strategic direction of the company, working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to bring their visions to life.Robert Clarke – Project Manager & Head of Operations
Having worked alongside Gavin for over 17 years, Robert’s journey from site carpenter to workshop manager and now project manager has given him a comprehensive understanding of both on-site and off-site operations. His expertise in managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and ensuring efficient workflows makes him a crucial asset in delivering seamless construction projects.Jo Anstey – Office & Accounts Manager
Jo plays a pivotal role in keeping the administrative and financial aspects of Three Oaks Bespoke Ltd running smoothly. She ensures that all financial transactions, invoicing, and procurement processes are handled with accuracy and transparency, allowing projects to stay on budget and on schedule.
